Door Step Banking service for Senior Citizens and Differently Abled or Infirm Persons

Keeping this in mind, we have launched Door Step Banking (DSB) services to senior citizens and differently abled or infirm persons, in line with the RBI guidelines.
The following are the Door Step Banking services offered to senior citizens, who are more than 70 years of age and differently abled or infirm persons (having medically certified chronic illness or disability) including those who are visually impaired.
- Pickup and delivery of cash (against withdrawal slip and cheques).
- Pick up of Cheques/Drafts/Instruments for clearing.
- Delivery of Drafts.
- Pickup and delivery of FD receipts for renewal and payment.
- Pickup and delivery of SB/RD passbook.
- Delivery of Account Statements.
- Pick up of KYC documents.
- Pick up of 15G/H forms.
Service Charges:
- There are charges for the services offered in the range of Rs.50.00 to Rs.100.00 (Excl GST) based on the type of transaction & additional vendor charges in cases wherever the service is delivered by the vendor, however the applicability of the service charges will be as per Bank’s discretion.
- Service charges will be intimated to the customer by the branch before delivery of the service and the same shall be debited from the customer’s account after successful completion.
Terms & Conditions:
- There will not be any regular services, the services listed in the scheme will be available on request basis only.
- The services will only be offered during the business hours of the bank.
- No services will be available on bank holidays.
- The services will be rendered to the customer only at the address registered with the bank.
- The bank will make efforts to complete the request on the same day of the request raised by the customer. However, where the bank is unable to complete the request on the same day due to unavoidable circumstances, the customer will be informed accordingly, to avoid further inconvenience.
- Bank reserves the right to revise the service charges and shall publish pricing changes in bank’s website.
