Door Step Banking Service
As part of our vision to be the most preferred bank in the areas of customer service, stakeholder value and corporate governance. We are offering Door Step Banking services to our customers (Individual/Corporate) for pickup of cash and instruments from their premises/offices. Customers have to just fill in the enrolment form and execute an agreement with their branch to avail the facility. The cash is picked up only within business hours of the Bank.
Variants
Customer may opt any of the following options.
- On call pickup: Bank`s representative visits customer`s residence/office on his/her request, which may be lodged through telephone.
- Beat pickup: Bank`s representative visits customer`s residence/ office daily for pick- up of cash.
