While our robust array of digital products will help you bank from the comfort of your homes, for those unavoidable occasions where you need to visit our branches or meet with our Managers, you can easily book your visits on SIB Namaste. Non-customers are also welcome to book their visits using this platform.

1.What is SIB Namaste?
SIB Namaste is an appointment booking platform from South Indian Bank which lets you book and modify your appointments with our branches and/or Branch Managers.
2.I am not a South Indian Bank customer. Can I use SIB Namaste?
Yes, anyone who wants to book an appointment with any of the South Indian Bank branches can use SIB Namaste.
3.How can I book an appointment using SIB Namaste?
Log in to the SIB Namaste platform using your mobile number. In the next page, you can book your appointment by entering the details as mentioned, including the branch you would like to visit, the purpose of your visit and the preferred date and time for your visit.
4.I am not getting the SIB Namaste OTP on my phone. What should I do?
If you do not receive the OTP on your phone, please ensure that you have entered the correct mobile number. If so, you may click on the “Resend OTP” button in 180 seconds.
5.If I book an appointment on SIB Namaste, is it confirmed immediately?
All appointments except those with the Branch Manager are automatically confirmed at the time of booking. Appointments with the Branch Manager will be confirmed depending on their availability, which will be informed to you via SMS and email (if your email ID has been provided at the time of booking).
6.How can I know if my appointment has been booked successfully?
Once your appointment has been booked, you will be shown a confirmation message stating the same. You will also receive an SMS and email stating your appointment details, on the mobile number and email address provided by you.
7.How will I know whether my appointment to visit the Branch Manager is confirmed or not?
Upon confirmation of your appointment to visit a Branch Manager, you will be intimated of the same via a confirmation SMS and email (if your email ID has been provided at the time of booking).
8.How long will it take for my appointment with the Branch Manager to get confirmed?
Your request for appointment with the Branch Manager will be accepted or rejected based on their schedule for the day. So, we advise you to book these appointments as early as possible. Upon confirmation, the same shall be intimated to you via SMS and email (if your email ID has been provided at the time of booking).
9.What should I do if my purpose for visit is not listed?
If your desired purpose for visit is not listed, you can select the ‘Others’ option and mention your purpose in the “Specify” field provided.
10.Can I reschedule an appointment that I have booked?
You may cancel your existing appointment and book a new one as required.
11.Can I cancel an appointment that I have booked?
Yes, you can cancel your appointment on the SIB Namaste platform.
12.What is the duration of an appointment slot?
You can book your appointment for a time slot of 30 minutes.
13.Can I book my appointment for the same day on SIB Namaste?
Same-day appointments can be booked for slots four hours from the time of booking.
14.For what days and time slots can I book an appointment on SIB Namaste?
You can book your appointment for any working day within the next 30 days, for 30-minute time slots between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
15.Can I book appointments for multiple slots in a day?
Currently, you are allowed to book only a single appointment on a given day.
16.What if the date I have booked an appointment on, has been declared a holiday?
If a holiday is declared on the day you have booked an appointment with us, your appointment will be rescheduled or cancelled and you will be intimated of the same via SMS and email (if your email ID has been provided at the time of booking).
17.What if I arrive a few minutes late for my appointment?
Your confirmed appointment is valid for 30 minutes. If a customer is already being served by the bank official, you will have to wait for that interaction to be completed.
